From the moment she was 8, Kerra knew her future was in hairstyling. After earning a BS in Fashion Merchandising and Marketing from Kent State, she pursued her true passion—cosmetology. Her journey took her from studying fashion in Florence and New York to mastering her craft at the prestigious Brown Aveda Institute.
With 10 years of experience in Chicago, Kerra trained with top names like Sal Misseri and mastered advanced techniques under legends like Vidal Sassoon, Vivienne Mackinder, and Sharon Blaine. As the Artistic Director of Kaizen Bridal, she made brides’ fairytale visions come to life and led education for stylists across the U.S. and Canada.
At Reverie Salon, she combined her love for beauty and business, handling everything from high-end styling to marketing, even showcasing her talents on the world stage in Parma, Italy for Davines’ World Wide Hair Tour.
